Great Customer Service

My heat pump was not running, so I called George with Shore Mechanical at 6pm. He was there by 6:45pm, and he worked on the unit to get a temporary fix, so we could have heat. We bought our house and we soon found out that our HVAC system was not working. Shore Mechanical showed up on time, worked quickly, he was very knowledgeable and honest, and he had the best price around. A few months later, our elderly neighbor needed help with his unit (middle of summer and the poor man was so hot and desperate to get it fixed asap).
